Another Picture Perfect Year

Picture Perfect has had a remarkable year. We can’t deny it and we are grateful for it. Our team has grown and changed, our skillset has evolved, and our projects have expanded. If someone were to ask, “Is this the best year to date?” We would have to say: “For the business? YES!

We started 2022 with a moving health campaign with the Department of Health. Noticing the dramatic statistics for vaccines within minority communities, the message felt compelling.

Next up, we have our incredible partnership with HGTV. Yes! you read that correctly! We had the opportunity to work with in incomparable Egypt Sherrod and Rocket Mortgage. Our goal was to feel like a game show, and with the sneaky lighting and professionalism of our team, we were able to create the look seamlessly. Check out this ridiculously fun spot and see Egypt host 'HGTV: Who's Ready to Be a Homeowner: Down Payment'

Our partnership continued with a Home Depot “Summer Splash” Campaign that completely revolved around one big camera move and a whole lot of movie magic. We had an amazing time designing this shot and developing a smooth setup for our own “orbital Shot” Check out the spot below to see what we mean. The transition was very satisfying. Of course we also had to make a killer behind the scenes video for that one, where our team member, Ray describes the process for setting up the big shot.

We are always excited about the flashy projects, but what moves us is when we get to create campaigns that have a lasting impact and the potential to change someones life. Youth Advocate Programs is a High-impact social justice nonprofit that provides community-based alternatives to youth incarceration, congregate placements and neighborhood violence. Check out the spot below for the moving stories of social change.

Picture Perfect is well versed in the medical and healthcare industry. Many of our projects lead us to this world and the conversations that come with it. We cannot express our deepest appreciation for the folks at Edwards Cancer Research at the Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Karen was a joy to work with and her passion moved us to tears in the process.

This final video share is with an ongoing campaign with Lucid Dx and Esoguard. Don told his story with esophageal cancer and our entire crew was moved to follow Freddy Food Tubes advice and Go check your food tube.

PPPNE has had our time with food photography and food beautification, but in 2022 we elevated our practices and designed new rigs and equipment to accommodate our biggest project yet. Picture Perfect stepped into the television space in a whole new way. With Willie Giles directing, Picture Perfect completed principal photography for Season 1 of City Eats Atlanta which will hit your television through Aspire Tv in 2023. We cant wait to share the final project, but in the meantime you can keep up with our team behind the scenes on our Instagram.

Before we officially sign off this year in review we want to take a moment to talk about the team. We have some of the coolest cats around. We pride ourselves on cultivating local talent, which takes time. We open doors and we hold opportunities for others to shine. We review reels and invite new people to set all the time. You never know who your star is going to be, but this year we were blessed with a galaxy and a team that moves together with good humor and passion. With every year, we find that new relationships spark new projects and we cant wait to see where this team will blast off to. Here is to another 365 days around the sun with this Picture Perfect Team.
